Project Destined is an organization that’s sole mission is to transform minority youth into owners and stakeholders in the communities in which they live, work and play. TMG is proud to participate in the work-based learning platform that actively trains thousands of students, collaborating with schools and organizations to cultivate a more diverse pool for future real estate leaders.

Don Bosco Spotlight

Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School and Corporate Work Study Program is a college-preparatory school for young men and women from the Washington, DC area who have the need and the motivation to help earn their own tuition money through an innovative Corporate Work Study program.  TMG has been a participating company within the Corporate Work Study Program since 2022, providing mentorship, training and exposure to two (2) high school students once per week throughout their school year – this weekly engagement helps the students to gain real work responsibilities while also enhancing TMG’s diversity and talent pipeline.
