TMG purchased the property in 2012 and completed renovations to the fitness center, lobby, restrooms, and common areas as well as the replacement of certain base building mechanical equipment. Leveraging momentum from these upgrades, TMG executed 128,000 square feet of leases by renewing existing leases and driving occupancy from 81% at acquisition to 100%. TMG sold the asset in 2018.
