Eric Bartmess

Eric focuses on sourcing and managing acquisition opportunities for TMG, with a particular focus on residential housing and industrial strategies.

Prior to joining TMG, Eric was an aerospace engineer for Bell Helicopter. Eric managed the design and build of several prototype aircraft for military and commercial uses totaling nearly $2 billion in potential development cost. Eric received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Christian University and a M.B.A. from SMU Cox School of Business specializing in Real Estate & Finance.
