James Alexander

James focuses on financial analysis to support the opportunistic investing and asset management teams. He evaluates offerings currently in the market and monitors the performance of assets under TMG’s management.

Before joining TMG, James was a Capital Markets Associate for Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance Team where he was involved in over $1.5BN of closed financing transactions across all asset types. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, James worked for U.S. Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group focusing on originating senior loans and portfolio management.

James received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University.
