Joe Hammerstrom

Joe focuses on the construction management and development efforts for TMG’s residential portfolio throughout the Southeast. He has over 20 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of construction projects.

Prior to joining TMG, Joe was a Project Executive at Carmel Partners, a national vertically integrated Multi-Family Developer/Builder. Prior to Carmel, Joe has worked with LF Jennings, Skanska, Harvey-Cleary and Toll Brothers where he was responsible for the construction management of commercial, higher-education, healthcare and multi-family projects in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Joe received his B.A. from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. Joe is also a licensed general contractor.
