Roberto Valentini

Roberto focuses on financial analysis to support the acquisitions and asset management teams. He evaluates offerings currently in the market and monitors the performance of assets under TMG’s management.

Prior to joining TMG, Roberto worked as a senior financial analyst at CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group, where he was involved in the underwriting of $3.5Bn+ of investment sales across the office, industrial, life sciences and data center sectors. He was also a member of CBRE’s Financial Consulting Group, a nationwide group specializing in real estate financial modeling and analysis.

Roberto received his B.A. in Global Security Studies and Economics, magna cum laude, from Dickinson College.
