Ryan Leach

Ryan Leach joined TMG in 2023 as the Head of Investor Relations, where he is responsible for the design and implementation of the firm’s investor relations and capital raising strategies. Ryan spent the previous 13 years managing capital raising strategies for various alternative investment platforms and strategies including real estate, private credit, and hedge funds. Throughout his career, his primary focus has been on primary fund placement and co-investment transactions across a wide range of industries, sectors, and geographies.

Prior to joining TMG, Ryan spent several years as Head of Investor Relations at Legalist, a tech enabled alternative asset manager where he managed and expanded the firm’s global investor base. He also spent four years at BBT – a Bass family related multi strategy hedge fund – based in Fort Worth, TX and Greenwich, CT.

Ryan received his MBA from Southern Methodist University in 2008 and his BBA from Baylor University in 2002.
